I have already shared the Google Preso with you, I will put you in pairs, and then you are ready to roll. You will own this information, and share it in a way that everyone will want to participate. I really like the idea about the Google Preso because everyone can work and everyone benefits from the efforts of the individuals.
You will be taking your quiz today on the Solid Earth. You may use the notecards you created.

Hello, hello. I hope you are all ready for an enjoyable weekend. I sure am, and today happens to be my wife's birthday! So let's call and sing to her.
Next I will be checking your outlines you created for Unit 1.1 B, the Earth's History. After that we will be sharing our presentations that you created in Google Preso. Please take notes and have questions ready for our presenters. Each person will be responsible for creating one question from their section and add it to a shared document. For the weekend I want you to watch the video about the Earth's History and create a summarizing poster (kind of a highlights reel) of two or more concepts you learned in the video. Use an 11x17 template in Pages to create this. This will be sort of a visual outline of part of the video. Make your poster attractive with lots of photos and graphics, but also be sure to fill it with quality information. You must site your sources at the bottom corner of the poster. We will do a short refresher using Pages so everyone is comfortable using the program. Earth's History Video
